Do students receive a discount?

Yes. Students are eligible to receive a 25% discount on the cost of the regular priced tickets. Before purchasing your ticket send us a photo of your current student card to tickets@ila19.ixdamedellin.co. You’ll receive a discount code within two business days to apply to your ticket purchase in Ticketcode.

Do you have a group discount?

Yes. Companies within our social networks are eligible for a group discount.
From 6 people and up 20%
From 12 people and up 25%
From 18 people and up 30%
Keep in mind that all group members must work in the same organization and must have the same email domain.
Write to tickets@ila19.ixdamedellin.co to coordinate the payment as it requires a special URL to complete the transaction.

What is included with the ILA19 ticket?

● Attend the three-day event from October 31st to November 3rd 2019 with access to all talks.
● Simultaneous translation in three languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese in all Keynote talks.
● Attend the community talks.
● Coffee-breaks (breaks) with coffee and snacks, at different times according to the official schedule of the ILA'19 (the schedule will be available near the date of completion of the even). Lunch is not included.
● Welcome kit including event material and merchandise
● Certificate of Participation. All the participants, speakers and presenters will receive a Certificate of Participation in Interaction Latin America 2019. The digital certificate will be available after the closing event.

* The cost of accommodation, transportation, and food are the responsibility of the attendee. * Workshops are not included in the cost of the registration.

How do I purchase a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased through Ticketcode https://www.ticketcode.co/eventos/ila19. Ticketcode accepts all international credit cards and debit transfers from Colombia. Note: If you 're having problems paying with an international credit card please write to tickets@ila19.ixdamedellin.co

I'm not from Colombia. How can I pay for a ticket?

Ticketcode accepts all major international credit cards. However, verify with your bank that you have activated the option to make international purchases. If you do not have a credit card, check with your bank to see if it's possible to generate a virtual card for online purchases. Note: If you have problems paying with international credit cards, please write to tickets@ila19.ixdamedellin.co

I need an invoice for the purchased ticket(s), under an organization or business name. How can I get it?

The confirmation from PayU and Ticketcode that you'll receive after purchasing the tickets is valid as proof of purchase. However, if you need an invoice, we can only issue invoices to organizations with a Colombian address. Contact tickets@ila19.ixdamedellin.co and we'll assess what can be done.

I didn't receive a confirmation email after buying a ticket. What should I do?

Write to tickets@ila19.ixdamedellin.co and we will send the ticket to the registered email at the time of purchase.

I need a receipt/invoice in the name of an organization. What should I do?

Cancellation Policy

In case you can not attend ILA19, you can transfer the ticket to anyone.* Send an email to tickets@ila19.ixdamedellin.co to make the request to transfer your ticket. If you don't have someone to transfer your ticket, ILA19's Cancellation Policy doesn't cover refunds for tickets. All ticket sales are final.
*Student tickets can only be transferred to other students. Group or corporate tickets can only be transferred to employees from the same company.*
